Leading Ladies of Harnett County will partner with agencies, individuals, and churches in the community to assist and help those individuals that are homeless or has food insecurities.
Foster Care
Leading Ladies of Harnett County will provide information, resources, workshops, education, etc. in reference to Foster Care.
Entrepreneurship/Financial Literacy
The Leading Ladies of Harnett County will make sure we provide tools to the community as well as our members as it relates to Entrepreneurship/Financial Literacy
Autism
Leading Ladies of Harnett County will educate the community in reference to Autism.
Supporting All Our Members
The foundation of Leading Ladies of Harnett County is for all the women in the group know they are supported by all members (mentally, emotionally, or physically). We will support their businesses, their goals, their achievements, and will support them in their great times and in sadness. We want the members in the group to know no matter what you face you will have someone here that you can count on.
Building Genuine, Authentic,and Everlasting Bonds and Friendships
The Leading Ladies of Harnett County is challenging negative stereotypical information against women of color. We will foster a safe environment for all our members in which they can be themselves. We welcome all members thoughts, opinions, and voices and will respect everyone even those members that don't agree with us. We will not allow forces on the inside or on the outside divide our bond. We will eliminate cliques and offer a holistic friendship approach for all in the group. Our Group Activity Support will implement activities that focuses on bonding and friendship. If any member has an issue with another member, our Group Members Support will be available to assist unbiasedly and if the issue is not resolved our Chaplain will do mediation with the parties and all matters will be confidential and not repeated to other members in the group. This group is founded on women of color supporting each other and building genuine, authentic everlasting bonds and friendships so we will do everything in our power to make sure this is our top priority and this group remains SOLID!
